Canabee provides informational content only. We do not provide or replace professional medical advice. The AI assistant (Canabee AI) provides general cannabis information and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about cannabis consumption.
You are responsible for your Canabee account activity. Please keep your credentials secure.
Canabee offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Canabee PRO"). New users receive a 7-day free trial of Canabee PRO. After the trial, you will revert to the free tier unless you subscribe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies.
Canabee owns or licenses all content on the Site and App, including recipes, strain data, articles, and AI-generated responses. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
By submitting content (posts, reviews, photos, journal entries), you grant Canabee the right to display and use it within the platform. You agree not to post offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Canabee AI is powered by third-party AI technology and provides informational responses only. Responses may not always be accurate or complete. Canabee is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content. No AI chat messages are stored or logged on our servers.
Canabee is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to $50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. No class actions are permitted. You agree to resolve disputes individually.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, country, date of birth) and data about your activity on our platform (device type, usage patterns, recipe views, searches). For Canabee PRO subscribers, subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple/Google — we do not store payment information directly.
If you use wellness features (Consumption Log, Strain Journal, T-Break Tracker, Wellness Dashboard), this data is stored in your private account on Firebase and is only accessible to you. This data is used to personalize your AI Wellness Advisor experience and generate Smart Insights. We do not share wellness data with third parties.
Canabee AI chat messages are processed in real-time and are not stored, logged, or persisted on our servers. Chat history is local to your session only and clears when you leave the screen.
We use your data to provide and improve our Services, personalize content and recommendations, communicate updates, and enhance security.
We don't sell your personal information. We use the following third-party services to operate: Firebase (database & authentication), Google Analytics (usage analytics), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google AdMob (ads for free users), and Google Gemini (AI chat processing).
